How Saarganic Started

Saarganic was born during the COVID-19 pandemic—a time when people across the world began rethinking their health, immunity, and daily nutrition. During this period, the founders observed a critical gap in the market:
most available supplements were synthetic, habit-forming, difficult to follow, or disconnected from Ayurveda.

As experienced Ayurvedic doctors, the founders envisioned something different—nutrition that heals, nourishes, and fits naturally into daily life, without forcing lifestyle changes.

This vision led to the creation of Saarganic:

An established Ayurvedic practitioner with over 28 years of clinical experience, Dr. Kamini Sehra has dedicated her life to holistic healing, preventive healthcare, and community wellness. Her medical insight forms the backbone of Saarganic’s formulations and philosophy.

Co-Founder & COO
A 4th-generation Vaidya and MD scholar in Ayurveda (Psychology & Psychiatry), Dr. Anirudh Sehra represents the modern face of Ayurveda—blending traditional knowledge with scientific thinking. His mission is to take Ayurvedic remedies to every household and support public mental and physical health.
